The ISVA House Purchase Survey report has been put together by the Independent  Surveyors and Valuers Association  (ISVA). The survey is broadly equivalent to a level two type survey such as the RICS HomeBuyer Survey and is a concise report, written in a straight forward format that is easy to read and understand.

At JMO Surveyors Ltd  the House Purchase Survey Report is our most popular type of report and we feel it offers the client better value for money  than the RICS HomeBuyers report. Although based on most of the same elements  the House Purchase Survey Report, reports the property in more detail than the Homebuyers report and aims to bridge the gap between a full Building Survey.

Typically a House Purchase Survey Report includes details of:

A House Purchase Survey Report is typically suitable for most properties with the exception of listed buildings, pre 1900 properties, properties in need of major renovation and also properties in which major alteration or adaptation is to take place.
